The 90s Wano Robin enamel pin was custom produced for a passionate collector and artist, with a clear design direction and high visual expectations. The final product is a large-format pin measuring 91.6mm × 69mm, designed to showcase the character in rich detail, capturing the subtle textures of fabric, facial features, and hair through advanced enamel and printing techniques.

Color Refinements

Our team reviewed and updated the enamel color selections to better match the client’s artwork references. This included adjusting skin tones, clothing colors, and especially the tones of the jacket and blouse.
Facial Detail Printing
“And then can we fix her eyelashes? And add the missing prints in her eyes and on her lips..”
We added UV print layers to handle the fine details on the eyes and lips, ensuring fidelity to the character’s expression and original art.
Shirt and Coat Color Edits
“And then the white shirt.. can we have a very light grey instead of white?”
“And then the outer coat, can we try something less blue?”
Both suggestions were incorporated. The shirt was updated with a near-white cool grey Pantone, and the outer coat color was rebalanced toward a more neutral tone, minimizing the blue saturation.
After incorporating all updates, we submitted a revised digital proof for review. The client gave full approval once all requests were correctly applied.
With final approval secured, we proceeded to mass production. The pin’s large size and flat layout required careful QC attention, especially for:
Precise UV print alignment on small facial zones
Smooth polishing of the large gold-plated areas
Uniform color fill across the large enamel sections
Accurate post placement to support the 91.6mm width
