The Cute Dragon Girl enamel pin is a stunning testament to the power of imagination and skilled craftsmanship. Produced by BJD Promos, this 4.3-inch tall pin blends elegant character illustration with delicate metallic detail, featuring a heroine surrounded by her dragon companions. This project was part of an exclusive collector’s series by Redbird Pins and Michichoco Letto, known for their elaborate, story-driven designs.
Throughout the process, our team at BJD Promos worked closely with the client to refine intricate production details—ensuring every translucent sandblast, enamel gradient, and printed element met the vision for this extraordinary piece.

The backstamp includes both collaborating brands and the phrase MY THREE FIERCE CHILDREN, laser-engraved for authenticity.
The client demonstrated a clear artistic vision and maintained open communication throughout. Our collaboration unfolded over three main feedback rounds:
Wing Texture Clarification:
“Just one revision. I just want to make sure the top and bottom dragon wings are regular sandblast, not translucent sandblast.”
Our team reviewed the production files and verified that the wings would be produced using standard sandblast for the matte texture. We confirmed this adjustment and resubmitted the artwork for approval.
Artwork Approval:
“Everything is approved, thank you!!”
With all colors, textures, and finishes confirmed—including the gradient transitions and gold outlines—the project moved into mass production without further edits.
Face Print Quality Control:
“Thank you for the update! One of the dragons is missing face print from the approved sample, could this be fixed during QC? Thank you!”
We flagged this note for special attention. The QC team performed a 100% inspection of the batch, confirming that all dragons had the correct face prints applied consistently.
This kind of transparent collaboration is core to BJD Promos’s approach. Even small details—like ensuring the dragon’s expression matched the reference—are never overlooked.
Once production finished, the pins were individually inspected, backed, and bubble-wrapped for secure shipment. The final results were consistent, precise, and in full alignment with the approved specifications. The client expressed appreciation for our attentiveness to revisions and commitment to high-quality production:
“Thank you for your help and for making sure everything came out perfect!”
At BJD Promos, we pride ourselves on combining efficiency and meticulous detail to deliver collectible pins that exceed expectations.
1. Can I request minor color corrections during the production process?
Absolutely. Small edits to Pantone colors, glitter layers, or print lines can be made before production files are finalized. Just like the lip color in this project, we can fine-tune your palette as needed.
2. What is the benefit of pearl or glitter enamel?
Pearl enamel adds a soft shimmer, great for skin tones or fabrics. Glitter creates a sparkly finish, often used in magical or nature-themed designs to elevate visual appeal.
3. How do you ensure print details stay aligned in the final product?
We always align print masks carefully over the metal outlines. If adjustments are needed after proofing, we’ll realign and reconfirm before mass production starts.
