The Enchantment Tiana enamel pin is a graceful blend of character artistry and intricate craftsmanship, designed and produced by BJD Promos. Measuring 2.75 inches in diameter and featuring hard enamel with glitter, pearl, and gold plating effects, this pin is part of a larger collector series focused on fairytale heroines rendered in elegant floral settings.
The client, Monocacy Bottom Pins, worked closely with our production team to refine the artwork and ensure every line, print detail, and material finish matched the envisioned outcome. Their input and trust exemplify the collaborative spirit we value at BJD Promos.

Throughout the production of Enchantment Tiana, the client provided several rounds of thoughtful feedback, which we addressed with precision.
One of the first points noted was the lip outline:
“Can you please check the outline on her lips? It should be 483 but it does not look correct.”
We investigated the output color mapping and confirmed the silkscreen alignment had slightly shifted the hue. Our production team corrected the mapping and resubmitted a revised digital proof with Pantone 483 C re-anchored for silkscreen, aligning it more accurately with the artwork.
Next, the client noticed slight inconsistencies in character shading:
“Can you check the alignment of this shadow on her collar? It should line up to the metal. Also, this area on her shoulder looks off. Thank you!”
Upon inspection, we found that the shading layer had a misalignment of less than 0.5mm from the die-line. We adjusted both the print mask and vector placement to better sync with the stamped outline, then sent a revised rendering for final approval. The client confirmed:
“Looks great! Thanks for the update.”
With approvals in place, we moved into mass production, utilizing UV printing for precision and soft glitter overlays to enhance the botanical frame.
After producing the batch of 40+ pins, our QC team performed a comprehensive inspection. Particular attention was given to:

All units passed internal checks and were delivered securely packaged with bubble wrap and backing cards. The client was pleased with both the color fidelity and finishing precision, sharing positive feedback after receiving the first shipment.

Absolutely. Small edits to Pantone colors, glitter layers, or print lines can be made before production files are finalized. Just like the lip color in this project, we can fine-tune your palette as needed.
