The Megara enamel pin represents a sophisticated and artistic representation of character design, made with precision and care by BJD Promos. "I don’t want the whole area under the mouth metal, I just wanted to print over the metal outline. Can you do this?"
Our team responded promptly, modifying the design to ensure that the print would overlay the raised metal outline without covering the entire area.
Next, the client noticed some issues with the small circle details and raised metal lines:
"For this one, the black lines in the small circles should be raised metal, not print. Can you please check these areas? I think metal lines are missing, something is not right. Can you bring the leg down also so that…"
These comments were addressed by making the black lines raised metal and adjusting the leg’s position, ensuring the pin remained balanced and faithful to the original design vision.
In the final round of revisions, the client requested two key changes:
"Can we change 676 sandblast to 7448 sandblast? Please change 5265 pearl to 7449 regular enamel."
These requests were quickly incorporated, and the updated design was resubmitted for final approval.
After the production process was completed, BJD Promos ensured that all the details met the client’s specifications. This involved a careful inspection of the metal outlines, ensuring that the raised metal lines were distinct and clear.
